Wiemann Metalcraft has a heritage built on craftsmanship and the ability to adjust to the demands of changing styles and technologies. Our team brings together estimators, engineers, designers, blacksmiths, welders, and finishers who collaborate on custom fabrication and historic restoration projects across all 50 states and around the world.
President Doug Bracken leads the company with a focus on design and material expertise, client partnerships, and a long-term stewardship of the Wiemann legacy. As a graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Architecture and a protégé of Ernest Wiemann, Bracken brings a unique set of experiences and expert knowledge about material selection, aesthetic design, efficient manufacturing, and installation.

Tradition and Technology, Side by Side
Our blacksmiths work metal the way it has been worked for centuries — but they may also be the same CNC operators creating parts with speed and precision on our Haas equipment. Our welders, fitters, and finishers carry projects through our dry-fitting process, where assemblies are trial-built in the shop before they ever reach the job site.
Our administrative team, made up of draftsmen, project manager, engineering experts, architects and support staff, directs our operations and helps keep projects moving forward on time and on budget.
